If for any reason you are not happy with your order, our Refund and Returns Policy outlines the steps you need to follow to request a return, exchange, or refund. 1. Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy for most products purchased from Airfronie. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item(s) must be in new, unused, and undamaged condition.
  • The item(s) must be in the original packaging (including all accessories, manuals, and any free gifts).
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.

Non-returnable items: Certain products are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene or safety reasons. These include:

  • Opened software or digital downloads
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Gift cards

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return the item(s). Please ensure that the RA number is included with the return package.

  3. Pack the Item: Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging along with all accessories, manuals, and the RA number.

  4. Ship the Item: Return the item(s) to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in processing your order.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the return criteria. If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of processing the return. Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or we made an error in fulfilling the order.

If your return is rejected due to damage, missing items, or failure to meet our return conditions, we will notify you, and the item will be returned to you at your expense.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please follow the same procedure as for returns. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund, and you can place a new order for the desired item.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

We will cover the return shipping costs and provide you with a full refund or replacement. Please report any damaged or defective items within 7 days of receiving the product to ensure the fastest resolution.

6. Late Returns

Any return request received after 30 days from the delivery date will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
